		<description>Yes it does seem strange, thanks for the reply.  I am traveling to Beeville from Corpus so not sure which place will be worst since the mandatory evc. of San Patrico County.</description>

		<description>My guess is that because the storm has shifted North and that would put San Patricio County in the extreme South of the wind &#038; storm surge reach. It seems strange to evacuate Portland with Downtown Corpus Christi just across the bridge, though, doesn't it?
